Customer's PlaceCancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must happen at least 48 hours before the appointment time. If appointments are cancelled under 48 hours, no refunds will be provided. Rescheduling is allowed if more than 48 hours from the appointment time, 24 hours if under extenuating circumstances (as decided by the trainer)
